TERMS OF SERVICE

General
✦ By commissioning me you are agreeing to my Terms of Services, breaking or violating these terms will result in your commission being canceled and you being placed in a black list depending on severity of the violation.✦ You must be 16+ to commission me.✦ I have the right to refuse service for any reason.Payments and Refunds
✦ Payment is done in USD and through Paypal, alternatively I also use Venmo.✦ There is an additional fee for: Extra Characters, Complex Designs, and Complex Backgrounds✦ I only begin working once payment has been received.✦ On the topic of refunds, you may request a partial refund if I have not been giving you updates on your commission status 3 months after the initial order placement. You may only request a full refund if I really have not worked on your order at all.Turnaround Time
✦ Turnaround times vary on the complexity of the commission, my health, queue length, and school.✦ I will be keeping you updated if something comes up in my life that prevents me from working.Work Usage
✦ You may repost my work onto your social media but I must be credited on the post, not in the comments.✦ Do not trace or edit my work.✦ Do not claim my work as your own.✦ Commissions are for Personal usage only, Commercial usage can only be permitted if discussed and commercial fee has been paid.✦ Commissioners do not have the right to mint/sell their commissions for NFT.Alterations
✦ Alterations are free when asked during the sketch phase, commissioners may redline my work during this phase.✦ Alterations made during the line art phase will be charged, unless it was a mistake on my end.Dead Lines
✦ Commissions must be placed at least 1 month before the dead line. Less than a month will result in a rush fee.Commission Subject
✦ I'm generally fine with most things, however I will not take on commissions that involve: Heavy Armor, Heavy Machinery, Mecha, Extreme Violence and Gore, Hate Speech (racism, homophobia etc), Promoting Abuse, Pedophilic or Incestual ships, and anything of that nature.✦ Subjects like Nudity and other suggestive themes can only be commissioned if you are 18+.Gifs and Animations
✦ If you're interested please contact me so we can discuss pricing but generally they can range between $20-50+ depending on what you're looking for.

Commission Types

Sketches

Bust: $40 - Half Body: $60 - Full Body: $80

Sketches generally have a quick turnaround time, some may come shaded and some may not it's entirely based on the mood of the commission.

Flat Color - Simple Shading

Bust: $60 - Half Body: $80 - Full Body: $100

Prices remain the same regardless if you're commissioning for Flat color, or Simple Shading.

Paint - Render

Bust: $150 - Half Body: $250 - Full Body: $400

Painted/Rendered pieces have little to no line art visible.

Chibi

Chibi: $30

Be aware that chibis are simplified and style may vary.
